Working with The Trent Bridge Community Trust – Positive Futures and Timico on a half term project with the local children and young people of Hawtonville in Newark on Trent, we designed and created a massive graffiti art mural around the ideas of how they feel about their community. 3 days of work have led to an amazing a bright wall along one side of there multi-use games area. The sun came out and we were able to get the sport hall back wall finished at Yorke Drive in Newark today, massive thanks to all the young people who took part and to Newark and Sherwood district Council for organising the project. Everyone locally now has a very colorful community graffiti art mural to admire and enjoy. lot’s of shots in the album here…

Just finished an ongoing community arts project with Newark and Sherwood District Council working with the users of the local skate park on a Friday evening to create some skate inspired graffiti artwork for the walls around the park. It’s gone down so well with everyone that hopefully we’ll be doing some more soon. Images of it all here…

An art workshop for over 8’s at the The National Centre for Craft & Design that we ran today where the participants got to create a street art inspired piece of artwork with stencils, paint markers and spray paint on recycled 12″ vinyl records. Check out the full gallery in our Facebook album…

Over an 8 week period we have been working with 4 groups of young people across Lincolnshire to design and hand print a series of t-shirts and hoodies. The idea being that the young people sell the garments and the money goes back in to more arts projects for them. The culmination of the project is an exhibition kindly being hosted by the NCCD in Sleaford. This Saturday May 18th is the official opening and it will be running for a week, please come along, take a look and support us and maybe even buy a new t-shirt!…
